Troopmaster has a ton of options and features for events, but it can be overwhelming. Here's a guide to setting up your event so everything runs and is recorded smoothly
The marker that will be added when you click the check box next to a person. If it's "X", the person will be credited with the default amount on the Activity Tab.
To credit people with a different number of nights/hours/miles, put the amount in the activity marker and click the check box next to those people, or edit the attendance box next to the person
Used to filter who is shown in the table below
Numeric entries including decimals are allowed
A "*" character means an excused absence
Any other character means the person attended and should be credited with the default amount from the Activity tab
None - not answered
Yes - person is registered
No - person has said they can't attend
Maybe - self-explanatory
Troop 162 doesn't use this - we pay separately via CheddarUp link
